The panoramic views from my room were breathtaking every morning. A modern hotel with excellent pool facilities. it felt like a tropical paradise. I faced issues with room service, which was quite limited, especially after long days exploring Sarande. Breakfast was abundant, but the hot items lacked warmth and freshness, which made the mornings less enjoyable. Cleanliness was a plus, with my room kept tidy and well-kept throughout my stay. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi in the room was inconsistent, prompting me to use it in the main hall, which can be awkward during meetings. I appreciated the hotel's beautiful ambiance but wished for more attention to the food and service details.

Now, while I was living it up, I had to take my Zoom call in the bustling main hall since there wasn’t any internet in the room. Plus, I got a surprise on my second day when my towels and sheets weren’t changed.

butrinti & spa has a fantastic location, making it easy to stroll the promenade lined with shops and restaurants. the pool area was a highlight with stunning views from our deluxe double room balcony. ina at the front desk provided exceptional service, always friendly and helpful. the wellness center was a great place to unwind too.

The tennis court was in disrepair, which was particularly frustrating for those looking to engage in some vigorous matches. Even the ambiance took a hit with overly loud and inappropriate music that didn't match the supposed elegance of the hotel.

Had a fantastic time here! The balcony view was just stunning, especially during sunset. The restaurant's in-room breakfast was a treat. we enjoyed it every morning. Only thing, the traffic noise from the main street was kinda bothersome, but it didn't ruin the vibe. The staff was super helpful, making up for any of the minor hiccups.
